Build quotes against live availability and rates, then move them through the pipeline to a signed contract.

Every rental starts as a quote. Strexada quotes are priced and availability-checked in real time, then flow through a four-stage pipeline: quote → reserved → confirmed → converted.

Building a quote

1. Click New quote and choose the customer (credit availability shows inline).
2. Pick an equipment class, quantity and rental window.
3. Strexada's availability engine confirms free units for the full window — or shows the earliest date it can be satisfied — and the rate engine returns the billable breakdown (months/weeks/days).
4. Review the estimate and Save quote.

The pipeline

• Quote — draft, no inventory held.
• Reserved — units held for the window; availability is decremented.
• Confirmed — customer approved; ready to convert.
• Converted — becomes a rental contract and moves to check-out.

Open any quote from the Quotes & reservations list to view its details and advance it — including one-click Convert to contract.

Rates & discounts

Pricing comes from the rate rules on each class. You can apply line discounts and override rates on a quote where your role permits; the total recalculates instantly.
